1. What phone number(s) is/are sending the messages/calls?

Please note that we do not send messages/calls to any phone number. The service provides sharing of message across people using their EmailID. You are not required to provide a Contact number on the website while Registering. The contact number is just an added criterion to search for a person for connections on the website.

This service acts as a centralised system where users connect with each other using their EmailId's. These users are then allowed to send and receive messages using Alexa. You won't receive any message in your cell phone inbox or would be able to send any message from your cell phone as we don't take your contact number.

1. What is Gallery Service?

Gallery service allows you to upload/link your images located at different location or link your videos that you want to view on Alexa Display devices. You can create Album and, then upload/link images and, then you can view these images on the device. You can also set the Album images to be played as a slideshow continuosly on the device thus making your device a Digital frame.

4. Skill asks you to enter the code frequently?

Linking code is required to link a device with your account. If you do not use the skill on the Alexa device for more than 15 days, then you will again need to link the device with your account.

5. Known issue/issues while playing audios:

If you observe that some of your audios stop playing suddenly then, please check if there is any limit on accessing the file.
